Reset your password from the sign-in screen. Scoryboard emails you a link, and the link takes you to a form for the new one.

Reset your password

  1. On the sign-in screen, select Forgot password?

The sign-in form with the Forgot password? link outlined.

  2. Enter the email address you sign in with.

The Forgot password? screen with an address entered and the Send reset link button outlined.

  3. Select Send reset link. Scoryboard confirms where it sent the email.

The Check Your Email screen, naming the address the reset link went to.

  4. Open the email and select the reset link. It opens Reset your password.

  5. Enter your new password twice, then select Reset Password.

The Reset your password form with both fields filled in and the Reset Password button outlined.

What you will see

Resetting signs you in straight away. You land on your home page, already signed in with the new password.

If it does not work

  • No email arrives. Check your spam folder first. If there is still nothing, you have no account with that address. Create one instead.

  • "An unknown error occurred during password reset." The link has already been used, or the new password is the one you had before. Ask for a fresh link and choose a different password.

  • You signed up with Google or Apple. Your account has no password to reset. Sign in with the button you signed up with.
