You already own two teams. Scoryboard makes them when your account is created, named after you. Add your own team when you want one with a real name and the right team size.

Add a team

  1. Open Teams. Your two starter teams are already listed.

Manage Teams listing two teams named after the account, with the Add Team button outlined.

  2. Select Add Team.

The Add Team dialog: Upload team's Avatar, Team name, Team size, two checkboxes and an Add button.

  3. Enter a Team name. It must be one nobody else already owns.

  4. Choose a Team size. There is no default - the 5 VS 5 you can see is placeholder text, and you have to pick a size yourself.

The Team size list open over the dialog, showing 5 VS 5 through to 10 VS 10.

  5. Select Add.

The Add Team dialog with a name entered, 7 VS 7 chosen, and the Add button outlined.

  6. Your team appears in the list, with you as Owner.

Manage Teams with the new team added as a third row, showing 7 VS 7 and Owner.

Create your leaderboard

  1. Open Leaderboards.

The Leaderboards screen reading Your Leaderboards (0) and No leaderboard found, with Create New Leaderboard outlined.

  2. Select Create New Leaderboard, then enter a Leaderboard name.

The Create Leaderboard dialog with a name entered and the Add button outlined.

  3. Select Add. Your leaderboard appears, with you as Owner.

The Leaderboards screen reading Your Leaderboards (1), with the new leaderboard card and an Open Board button.

What you will see

A new team has no matches and one member: you. Add the rest from the team's own screen.

A new leaderboard is empty until you add teams to it and play a match.

If it does not work

  • "This field is required." under Team size. You have not chosen a size. The 5 VS 5 on the closed field is placeholder text, not a choice.

  • The team name is refused. Team names must be unique, and somebody else may own that one. Try a different name.

  • "Leaderboard Limit Reached". A Free account may have one leaderboard. Delete the one you have, or upgrade. See "Every Free-plan limit, and the messages you will see".
