The profile checklist in your sidebar

What Complete your profile counts, where to find the fields it means, and why a brand-new account always has two outstanding.

A warning under your name in the sidebar counts the profile fields you have not filled in yet. A new account always starts with two.

Finish your profile

  1. Select your name at the top of the sidebar. The block opens to show Edit User Profile and a warning: Complete your profile (2).

The sidebar block open, showing the account name and address, Edit User Profile with Complete your profile (2) outlined beneath it, and Sign out.

  2. Select Edit User Profile. Scoryboard opens Profile settings and jumps you to the first outstanding field.

  3. Fill in the fields tinted yellow under Personal Details. On a new account that is your Date of birth, because the sign-up form never asked for it.

The Personal Details section reading 1 highlighted field is still missing, with Date of birth tinted yellow.

  4. Fill in your Bio. It counts separately, which is why the sidebar says two.

The My Bio section reading 1 highlighted field is still missing, with the Bio box tinted yellow.

  5. Select Save Changes.

What you will see

The count drops as you fill fields in. Once nothing is missing, the warning disappears from the sidebar altogether.

Each section on Profile settings counts its own fields. Personal Details and My Bio each say how many of theirs are outstanding, and the sidebar adds them up.

If it does not work

  • There is no warning under your name. Nothing is missing. Your profile is complete.

  • Save Changes does nothing. A required field is empty. The yellow tint shows you which.

  • Your date of birth is refused. You must be at least ten years old to use Scoryboard.
