The search box at the top of the sidebar finds players, teams and leaderboards across the whole of Scoryboard.
Search
Select the search box at the top of the sidebar.
Type at least three characters. Results appear as you type. A chip under each one says whether it is a Team, a Player or a Leaderboard.
Read the second chip on a team. External means you are not a member of that team.
Search a name to see all three kinds at once.
Select a result to open it.
What you will see
Results are ordered with teams first, then players, then leaderboards. The list scrolls if there are more than fit.
Search covers everybody on Scoryboard, not only the people you play with. You will find teams you have never heard of, and that is expected.
If it does not work
Nothing happens as you type. Scoryboard needs three characters before it searches. Under three it says "Please enter at least 3 characters" and the list says "No results found".
You cannot find a team mate. A person only appears here once they have an account. Somebody added to a team by name alone has a player record, not an account.
You find several teams with the same name. Team names are not unique. Use the chips and the crest to tell them apart, or ask the owner for the team's join code.
