Four panels on your home page answer "what have I actually played": Teams, Team rank, Matches and the leaderboards table.
That is the football home page. A padel account has a different set, and it is at the foot of this article.
Read your record
Open your home page.
Read Teams. It lists every team you are in, whether you own it or joined it. Every account starts with two teams named after it.
Read Team rank. It names each of your teams that has finished a match, and the place that team is ranked.
Select Past Matches in the Matches panel. It opens on Upcoming Matches, so you have to switch it.
Read the match card. It carries the score, the tag, which side was at home, the date, the kick-off time, the team size and the leaderboard the match counted towards.
Scroll to the Leaderboards table at the foot of the page. Each row is a leaderboard you are in, with your rank and your totals in it.
What you will see
Team rank stays on "No rankings yet" until one of your teams has finished a match. It does not have to be a leaderboard match - a tournament fixture puts a team in this panel too.
The Leaderboards table is narrower than that. Each row holds only that leaderboard's own matches, so a tournament fixture never appears in it. A team can be in Team rank and add nothing to any row below.
A leaderboard you have joined but not yet played in shows a dash instead of a rank.
On a padel account, two of those four
A padel home page keeps Teams and Team rank and drops the other two. There is no Matches panel and no Leaderboards table, so neither the past-matches step nor the leaderboards step above applies.
A PADEL TOURNAMENTS panel stands at the foot of the page where the Leaderboards table would be. It lists the padel tournaments you have played, and reads "No Padel tournaments played yet" until you have played one.
Between the tiles and Team rank the page carries a LEVEL panel, which is your padel rating.

There is no Create Match button on a padel home page. Padel matches are made inside a tournament, not from here.
If it does not work
A match you played is not in the list. Check Upcoming Matches as well. A match only moves to Past Matches once it has been finished.
Your team is in the list but has no rank. It has not finished a match yet. Teams appears whatever you have played; Team rank waits for a result.
Your totals look too low straight after a match. They are written a short time after the match ends. Reload the page in a minute.
