Pro is free during beta - how to upgrade

Upgrading to Pro takes one tap and costs nothing during the beta. There is no payment step and no confirmation - you are Pro straight away.

Pro is free while Scoryboard is in beta. Upgrading takes one tap on the Subscriptions screen. There is no payment step and no card details.

Before you start

There is no "are you sure". Selecting Upgrade to PRO upgrades you on the tap. You can go back to Free the same way, also on one tap.

This is the Platform Pro tab - your own membership. The Tournament Pro tab on the same screen is a paid plan for one tournament, and it is not free.

Upgrade to Pro

  1. Select Subscriptions in the sidebar. It is the last item, under Schedule.

  2. Find the PRO card. Its price reads FREE (with Beta).

  3. Select Upgrade to PRO. You are Pro straight away.

  4. Select Close. The strip at the top now reads PRO, FREE WITH BETA, Active. Cancel subscription appears under it - that is how you go back to Free.

  5. Look at the sidebar. Subscriptions now carries a small Pro mark, on every screen.

What you will see

Everything Pro unlocks is available immediately. No email, no waiting, no review. The gates that used to stop you - the friend limit, the second leaderboard, Compare - simply do not appear any more.

You can also reach the upgrade from any of those gates. Each one carries a FREE Upgrade (Beta) button that does the same thing as the button on the PRO card.

Going back to Free. Select Cancel subscription in the strip at the top. That downgrades you on the tap, with no confirmation, and the Pro features stop. You can upgrade again afterwards.

If it does not work

  • You are asked for a payment method. You are on the Tournament Pro tab. Platform Pro asks for nothing.

  • The button reads "You are now a Pro member". You are already Pro. Nothing to do.

  • A Pro feature still shows a gate. Reload the page. Your membership is read when a screen opens.

  • You upgraded by mistake. Select Cancel subscription in the strip at the top. Nothing was charged.
