When your statistics update after a match

Statistics update within seconds of a match ending, but only for a match in a leaderboard, and only after you reload the page.

Your statistics update within a few seconds of a match ending. The page does not refresh itself, so reload it to see the new figures.

Two things have to be true first. The match has to be finished, and it has to belong to a leaderboard. A match outside a leaderboard is never counted, however long you wait.

Check the match, then reload

  1. Open the match. The MATCH DETAILS card has to read MATCH ENDED, and the strip along the bottom has to name a leaderboard.

A finished match: the MATCH ENDED pill, the score, and the strip below naming KB 11 Sunday League, which is outlined.

  2. Reload Home. Your tiles carry the new figures. The LEADERBOARDS table at the foot of the page shows which leaderboard they came from.

The Leaderboards table on Home, with the KB 11 Sunday League row outlined: rank, teams, matches, goals, assists and two card columns.

What you will see

Seconds, not minutes. The figures are ready within ten seconds of the final whistle. You get no notification, so reload the page to see them. If a minute has passed and nothing has changed, the cause is below.

The same figures appear in four places. Your tiles on Home, the LEADERBOARDS table under them, your team's tiles, and the team's PLAYER STATS table.

A leaderboard with no matches reads zero. Your account comes with a leaderboard of its own. It stays at zero until a match is played in it.

If it does not work

  • No leaderboard is named under the score. The match is not counted, and it never will be. A finished match cannot be moved into a leaderboard.

  • The match does not read MATCH ENDED. A match that is still Live, Paused or Incomplete writes nothing.

  • Your team's figures moved and yours did not. You were not in the lineup for that match. Your figures count only the matches you were named in. See "How team and player statistics are calculated".

  • The match is in your Matches list but not in your count. The list shows your teams' fixtures. The count shows the matches you were named in.

  • You reloaded and nothing changed. Check the score on the match. Goals entered after the match ended were not recorded, because a finished match cannot be edited.
