A leaderboard is your league. It holds teams, collects the matches you tag into it, and works out the table. Creating one takes a name and one tap.
Before you start
On Free you can have one leaderboard. Every account is given one when it is created, so a Free account is already at the limit. Pro has no limit. See "What you get on Free and on Pro".
Whoever creates a leaderboard is its Owner.
Create it
Open Leaderboards in the menu. The heading counts the leaderboards you are in.
Select Create New Leaderboard. The window has two fields.
Type a name in Leaderboard name. Fifty characters is the most it takes.
Add a logo if you want one. Select Upload Leaderboard Logo and choose a JPG, GIF or PNG under 3MB. You can add one later instead.
Select Add. The new leaderboard appears in the list, badged Owner.
Select Open Board. The board is empty until teams join it.
What you will see
An empty board. Team Stats reads "No teams data available" until teams are added. Add them next - see "Adding and removing teams".
A banner you did not choose. Every new leaderboard gets one of six stock images. Change it, and the logo, on the settings screen.
No style to pick. The Leaderboard style field on the settings screen reads "Football leaderboard" and cannot be changed.
On Free
On Free, Create New Leaderboard does not open the window. It opens Leaderboard Limit Reached instead.
Your list shows the one leaderboard your account came with.
Selecting Create New Leaderboard opens the limit window. Nothing is created.
You have two ways past it. Delete the leaderboard you have, or select FREE Upgrade (Beta) to take Pro. Pro is free during the beta and upgrades your account straight away.
If it does not work
Add stays greyed out. The name is empty. A leaderboard has to have a name.
You get Leaderboard Limit Reached and you are on Pro. Reload the page. The window is drawn from the plan the app loaded when you signed in.
Your logo is refused. It has to be a JPG, GIF or PNG, and under 3MB.
You cannot find the leaderboard you were given. It is named after you - "Fern's leaderboard". Rename it on the settings screen rather than making a new one.
