Two counters sit under the score, one per team. + awards a goal. - takes one back.
Before you start
Only the team's Owner and an Administrator can change the score. A player on the team and the match referee can both see it. Neither can change it. See "Starting, pausing and ending a match".
The match has to be running. You cannot score a match that has not started or has finished.
Score a goal
Find the two counters under the match details. The left one is the home team, the right one the away team. - is greyed out until there is a goal to take away.
Select +. The score changes at once, and the goal joins the feed with no scorer named.
Select + Add Player on that entry to say who scored.
Open Scored and choose the scorer.
Open Assist and choose who set it up, if anybody did. Then select Save.
The entry now names them both.
Take a goal back
Select - on that team's counter. The score comes down, the original entry is struck through and marked Revoked, and a second entry records what you did.
What you will see
The goal is scored before you name anybody. Nothing asks who scored, and the score changes the moment you press +. Naming the scorer is a separate step, and you can skip it.
A revoke is not a deletion. Both entries stay on the feed. Anybody reading it can see the goal was given and then taken away.
Only players in the lineup can be credited. The Scored list offers the players you put on the pitch and the bench, not the whole squad.
If it does not work
The counters are not there. You are not the Owner or an Administrator, or the match is not running.
- is greyed out. That team has no goals to take away.
The person who scored is not in the list. They are not in the lineup. You cannot credit a goal to somebody who was not picked.
You scored for the wrong team. Press - on that team and + on the other. Both moves show on the feed.
The match has ended. Nothing can be changed after that.
