Your tournament already has a public page. There is nothing to publish and no switch to turn on.
Before you start
You see the organiser board if you are the Owner or an Administrator of the tournament. Everybody else gets the public page, whether they are signed in or not.
The board and the page
Open Tournament in the sidebar and choose your tournament. This is your board: nine tabs, and nobody else can see them.
Use Share tournament in the header to get the link to your public page. Read Sharing your tournament link and QR code to see what is in that dialog.
Open the link. Anybody can, with or without an account.
The page has six tabs.
What is on each tab
INFO is the summary. It is built from your setup: the date, the kick-off time, how many teams and groups, how many matches, the venues and the format. Anything you have written on your info page sits above it.
STANDINGS opens on your last phase. A Group and Knockout tournament therefore lands on the bracket. Choose Group Phase for the group table.
MATCHES splits into Past Matches and Upcoming Matches.
PARTICIPANTS lists the teams, and their players and referees.
LEADERBOARD ranks the teams and names the leader.
CHAT is the tournament chat room. A visitor is asked to sign in before they can read it.
What you will see
Before you have set anything up, the page still exists. It reads in zeros.
You choose which of the six tabs a visitor sees. Read The presentation editor, info page and gallery to change them.
If it does not work
You cannot find a Publish button. There is not one. Your tournament is public from the moment you create it.
The standings look empty. The tab opens on your last phase. Choose the phase you want.
A tab is missing. Somebody has turned it off in the presentation editor.
Match Settings on a fixture is not settings. It opens a read-only preview of that match. It changes nothing, and it is there for everybody.
