Sponsors are a list on your tournament. They show on your public page and, if you want, on a screen at the venue.

Before you start

You need to be the Owner or an Administrator of the tournament. Have the sponsor's banner image ready if they have one.

Adding a sponsor

  1. Open your tournament and choose the Sponsor tab, then Add Sponsor.

The Sponsor tab of a tournament with no sponsors, reading No Sponsors Yet, with the Add Sponsor button outlined.

  2. Give the sponsor a name. It is the only thing you must fill in.

The Add Sponsor dialog: Sponsor Banner, Sponsor Name, Sponsor Link and a description counted to 180.

  3. Add a banner if they have one. Without it the sponsor shows as its initials.

  4. Add their web address if you want the banner to link to it, and a description of up to 180 characters.

  5. Choose Save. The sponsor joins the list.

The Sponsor tab with two sponsors: one showing its banner, one showing its initials.

Where sponsors appear

  1. On your public page, in a row above the tabs. Each card links to the address you gave.

Two sponsor cards on the public page: one a green banner, one the letters K R.

  2. On a venue screen, if your slide show has a Sponsors slide. Read Building a match-day slideshow to add one.

A fullscreen slide showing both sponsors, one as a banner and one as an empty card with its name below.

  3. On the Sponsor tab itself, which is your own list of them.

What you will see

A sponsor with no banner still appears. It gets a plain card with its initials, and its name below it on a slide. If you want the logo, add the banner.

If it does not work

  • Save is refused. The name is required. Everything else is optional.

  • Your sponsor shows as two letters. There is no banner on it. Edit the sponsor and add one.

  • The banner has not appeared yet. It is fetched separately from the row, so give it a moment.

  • A Sponsors slide has nothing to offer. Add the sponsor here first, then pick it on the slide.
