Ratings all start in one place: the Rate button on a match that has finished.
Before you start
The match has to be over. Rate only appears once a match is finished. It is at the top right of the match screen.
You cannot rate yourself. Your own name is there but the stars will not respond.
Rate something
Open the finished match and select Rate.
Choose what you are rating.
Select a star rating from one to five. Add a review if you want to - it is optional and holds up to 1000 characters.
For Player and Team, pick who you are rating from the list at the top first.
Select Post.
Change a rating you have already left
Open Rate again and choose the same thing. Your stars and your review are already filled in, and the button now reads Update.
Rating the referee
Referee only appears when the match had one. If nobody was assigned, you get three choices instead of four. See Assigning a referee and adding a banner or note.
Remove a rating
Open the team, the player or the match you rated. Select the n reviews link beside its average.
Find your own review. It is the only one with a menu beside it.
Select the menu, then Delete. Choose Edit to change it instead.
Delete does not ask twice. The rating goes the moment you select it.
What you will see
One rating each. You get one rating per thing. Rating something again replaces what you left before; it does not add a second.
The stars follow your pointer. Moving across the row lights them up as a preview. Nothing is saved until you select Post or Update.
If it does not work
There is no Rate button. The match has not finished. Ratings open once it has.
The stars will not respond. You are looking at your own player record. You cannot rate yourself.
There is no Referee row. No referee was assigned to that match.
You cannot find a Delete in the rating window. It is not there. Use the menu on your own review in the n reviews list.
