Seeing your assigned matches

Where a match you are refereeing shows up - on your profile, in See All, in your calendar, and in the tournament that added you.

A match you are refereeing appears on your profile as soon as the Owner names you as its referee. There is nothing to accept and nothing to set up.

Before you start

You have to be a referee already - see Becoming a referee, and your referee profile - and the match's Owner has to have named you as its referee. Being a Scoryboard referee does not put you on any match by itself.

Where your matches are

  1. Open your own profile. It opens on the referee side, and REFEREED MATCHES shows your next fixture. Your name is in the referee row of the card.

The REFEREED MATCHES panel on Upcoming Matches. A fixture card reads KB 21 United versus KB 21 Rovers, 05 Dec 2026, 19:00, 5 VS 5, KB 21 Astro, KB 21 Sunday League. The referee cell reading "Rae" is outlined in red.

  2. Select See All at the top right of the panel for every match you referee. The panel itself only shows the next one.

A window titled "Refereed Matches" with Past Matches and Upcoming Matches tabs. Two fixture cards are listed, one for 05 Dec 2026 and one for 06 Dec 2026, each with an "Add to Calendar" link.

  3. Select Past Matches for the matches you have already refereed. Each card carries the final score instead of the kick-off.

The same panel on Past Matches. One card reads KB 21 United versus KB 21 Rovers with the score "2 - 1" outlined in red. The date and time are blanked out.

  4. Select Add to Calendar on any upcoming card to put the kick-off in your own calendar.

Your matches in a month

Select Schedule in the sidebar. The calendar shows every match you are on, including the ones you referee, next to everything else in your month.

The Scheduled Matches calendar on December 2026. Two entries read "KB 21 United vs KB 21 Rovers, 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM", one on Saturday the 5th and one on Sunday the 6th.

Use the arrows beside the dates to move month by month. A fixture months away is on the calendar long before it is your next one.

Which tournaments added you

Select Tournament in the sidebar. Every tournament that added you as a referee is in the list, badged Referee.

A tournament card for KB 21 Cup. An orange "Referee" badge below the crest is outlined in red, next to a blue PRO badge. The card also carries a "Football" label, an "Open Board" button, and a blanked-out created-on date.

This is the quickest way to see who made you a referee.

If you see no matches

No matches yet, stay tuned! means you are a referee and are not on a fixture yet.

The REFEREED MATCHES panel with Past Matches and Upcoming Matches tabs, a Create Match button, and the grey line "No matches yet, stay tuned!" where a fixture card would be.

Being added to a tournament and being named on a match are two separate things. An organiser does the first; the match's Owner does the second, one match at a time.

If it does not work

  • You know about a match but it is not in your list. The Owner has not set you as its referee. Ask them to open the match, select the gear, choose Edit, and set Referee. See Assigning a referee, and adding a banner or note.

  • A match you are refereeing is under Upcoming Matches but it has already started. Upcoming means "not finished". A match that is being played sits there too.

  • Your profile shows a player's statistics, not a referee's. Your profile is on the football side. Select Referee on the switch at the top right.

  • Schedule looks empty. Check the month. The calendar opens on this month, and your fixture may be in another one.
